We come together as Your children called by Your name to pray for our elected officials.
We ask You to break any and all strong holds that keep the men and women elected into office from doing what is right and good in Your sight. We ask You to shed light in the dark recesses of the political arena and expose those who would do evil works.
We ask that You give voice to the men and women who uphold Your truth. Give wisdom to those who have an ear to hear, pour out your love to those who have a heart to receive and give discernment to those who have eyes to see.
We believe that this nation was formed for a divine purpose. We cry out to You to be Lord over this nation. Bless and guide the President, his Cabinet, all Senators, Congressman, Governors, Mayors and all who hold a public office. Let the power of the Holy Spirit fall upon those who have been called to serve this country. . .One Nation, Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for ALL.
